Editing

Editing your film starts long before Brad makes a coffee and launches Final Cut Pro.

It starts with the story and creative treatment we develop with you: we'll set aside the background noise and extraneous detail to get to the heart of the matter.

The most crucial stage of the edit is the shoot. Your camera team (it might be just Brad, we might need a second unit) are working with a tight brief, and completely understand what you need. Decisions made with the camera - what is in frame, what’s out of frame? - will define the possibilities available in the editing, so it has to be right.

If you’ve got an idea for a story and some great footage needing to be put to good use, we’ll be happy pick up your project - still starting with the story and creative treatment - and run with it from there. You can see below what we were able to produce with nothing but photographs to work from.
